Low pressure in the transmission due to lack of oil or other reasons causes the transmission to ooze. Due to poor adjustment of the spiral wire and its adjustment being disrupted by environmental conditions (such as heating and cooling), the spiral wire cannot fully pull the control lever. In addition, deterioration (wear) of the plates also causes the transmission to can ooze.

  • Lack of oil
  • Wear of O-rings
  • Wear of the pump after long periods of operation
  • Looseness of the suction hose
  • Clogged of filter
  • Rotated wedge bushes

Star coupling rubbers should be checked and damaged ones should be replaced. If the problem is not caused by the rubbers, the engine service should be contacted.

The clutch plates may be damaged. The plates should be checked and the damaged parts should be replaced.The piston springs should be checked for damage and replaced with new ones.The discharge channels may be clogged due to dirt that may form in the oil.
